Very good vegan ramen restaurant in Ueno station. They also have vegan gyoza, sandwich and Bolognese pasta. This is vegetalian, no egg or dairy are used.We went on a Saturday night, 4 people, around 8pm, and didn't have to wait.Price for a ramen bowl range from 800 to 1000 yen.Only drawback: since it's in Ueno JR Station, you have to have a train ticket to get to the restaurant, or pay 140 yen when you exit the station after having entered with your Suica or Pasmo card.

Loved it. 2 dinners and a breakfast in 2 days. (If coming main gate; go towards Shinkansen gates but head a little left, up the escalators, then verge left and keep heading deeper into station. Next to track 8.
