Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Went to this location on my way to work to grab a smoothie and order 2 smoothies through the app. The girl making the smoothies was a little snooty and gave me my first one, made the second one and while it was blending walked away to the back and proceeded to call someone on her phone. She kept peaking up front as she was on the phone as 5 more customers care in, leaving the one cashier to ring everyone up, take phone calls that were coming in and etc.My drink sat in the blender for about 7 minutes before the other cashier could finish with everyone and figured out that I was still waiting, totally not her fault. But I was pretty frustrated that the employee continuously peaked up front and didn’t even come to help her coworker or dump my smoothie in a cup and give it to me. Seemed very unprofessional. But kudos to the main cashier who juggles all customers, phone calls, and starting new orders.

I normally don't write reviews But... I really have to. I use to go to this location several times a week when they first opened. However, I relocated to another city. While visiting, I stopped in. This location has really fell off. Very very dirty. You see mold on the sink, the counter where the food is being made was filthy, the area where the fruit is located had old stains on the containers... I could go on and on! I will NOT return.

I order an awesome orange 12oz and told the workers to sanitizer the blenders because I am allergic to bananas. The smoothie taste like ice, sugar and bananas.

I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I don't get the pleasure of coming here often, but when I do, I can always find a healthy, vegan/vegetarian option. This is part of the reason I come here. Check out this Hummus Veggie Wrap and banana!

Employees didn't speak it was more of a look like they were being inconvenienced. Smoothie was very grainy. The cashier after taking money went to go make another customer's order didn't was her hands and her hair was so long that it was in the ingredients like the greens when she was standing at the counter.

Went in at 8pm. Music was blasting and there were no employees visible! Wasn’t a very pleasant atmosphere so we took our business elsewhere

Food was decent; as can be expected for a chain.Gave 1 star due to food sanition. Female worker on the right in the grey shirt was making a smoothie, already in the serving cup to drink out of. The smoothie dropped onto the floor with the contents spilling out. Instead of throwing it out, she put the remaining contents back into the blender and added more ingredients and then proceeded to serve it to someone .....Recommend this facility be reevaluated for food sanitation.

Floor and sinks were disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned ever. Was super nervous even ordering from here. Will never come back.

My drink was made wrong it tasted like flavor water. The restaurant looked like a hot mess. Stuff all over the floors trash was over flowing. The woman who made my drink did not wash her hands neither did the woman who mad my quesadilla that tasted like I was just eating pineapples in a tortilla. I wouldn’t recommend this LOCATION to anybody. Not friendly at all.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order..stood at the cash register while all the employees worked and not one came up to me, said it will be a minute, or acknowledged my presence. Finally I just left and got food elsewhere.

Yikes! The sign in the door said 3 people allowed because of COVID-19 and there were at least 5 people inside. No one was using gloves or facemasks while making food or smoothies. That's disgusting.They handed me a a greasy bag with my food, using no gloves. Even without COVID-19 going on, using gloves when handling food is the bare minimum.

This location employees was not wearing face masks while serving or gloves. The place smelled bad also. We did not order.

Is 20 ft of crazy colored hair weave long enough to swing into customers foods allowed into service industry now?????? The manager tried to encourage the crew member to go skimpy on my ingredients because it was 30 mins before close and she didn't want to open a brand new package.... But of course I insisted! Try a different location

By far the worst experience at a Tropical Smoothie ever. Definitely the worst in town. The service and attitude of the young ladies working was below average. There was no shift leader available to speak too. We waited over thirty minutes only to get our food and smoothie order both wrong. The bags of chips had some kind of liquid stain all over them. They refused to refund anything. A young lady named Destiny was particularly rude and in accommodating. Oh and they only allow one person at a time right now due to COVID-19 but they don’t were masks or gloves while making the food. My daughter works at another Tropical Smoothie in town, night and day difference.
