They have the best sunrise sunset smothie

I waited at the register 5 minutes for service only for the worker to walk right past me, waited another 5 minutes while i listened to the crew laugh and rap music that was playing loudly

Driving through Alabama, I stopped to eat at this Tropical Smoothie and it was wonderful. Although most of these maintain a good level of quality, there are slight differences from store to store. The staff was excellent here, and even more importantly, the food was perfectly prepared.

I love that they have vegan options. This is always a win for me!

Very slow and gave me wrong order.

The food at this establishment is always delicious and the location is convenient. If not for those two factors I would never return. The customer service is lacking and the employees I have dealt with act like doing their job is an inconvenience. There is one employee that works at the window who is especially rude. I tell her I have a mobile order and she huffs and says what's the name and then shoves the food at me and closes the window. Last week I went through he drive thru and ordered when I got to the window she took my payment and shoved my food at me again then walked off and didnt say anything. Then a guy came up to the window and basically asked me why I was still sitting there. I told him I was waiting on a smoothie and he asked me what kind and then he went and made it. Dont know where she went. I go to this restaurant about once a week and that girl is always there and always acts like she personally hates me for some reason.

Clean, nice, polite staff... Good way to eat your veggies. I recommend the Avocolada... 600 cal of Spinach, Kale, Avocado, Coconut, Lime, etc... Doesn't sound like it would taste that good, but it is pretty sweet. I added whey protein to it for an extra dollar. This is a good light lunch, especially if you're going to eat a big dinner.

Good healthy food! We used to frequent this franchise in VB and we really liked this one here in Mobile. We normally get the Toucan Delight and it is no longer offered and they made it for us. Made us feel special! ;)

The menu has many vegan options. I was impressed by the size of my vegan Bowl. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about a vegan diet. The wait was longer than I would have been dissipated but I'm grateful for the tasty dish I received. I would highly recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe if you are a vegan and obviously if not. The food is fresh the staff is kind and remember Sometimes the best things in life are worth the wait.

Literally the worst experience and this is my favorite place to eat. Come here at least once a week. Came in to the music being so loud that I couldn’t hear anything. Cashier messed up on the register, also messed up the type of payment. She went back to get the manager and the manager told her to just get my name and they’d get back to me. I said that won’t work and magically the manager was then available. She still said she wouldn’t be able to fix it. And I’d have to be called my someone else. So again wasting more of my time. The worst experience I have ever had at this location. Will probably go out of my way to go to a different location from now on.

My favorite smoothie place ever!!!!! They also offer healthy food choices and it's all simply delicious!!!
