Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie. I hate the fact that they don't have a location in Atlanta, so every time I go to Florida I make a point to visit tropical smoothie and order a Mango Moxie and a chicken wrap. Tropical Smoothie is by far my favorite smoothie place!

Awful service,Asked for bottled water, they gave me tap water and it had some odor to it Then they gave my food in plastic bag instead of putting it on tray and when I asked for it they kinda had an attitude about it, which it almost made me cancel my order Also noisy place which you can't relax Never going back there ever

The smoothies are good however the app does not work

Great smoothie!!! It was well crafted and it tasted delicious. The cashier was nice and friendly. Overall, wonderful experience.

Loud and hard to hear

I went to this location the other day, and I couldn't believe how awesome the service was. Going in I expected to receive college student quality service at this store, but to my surprise I experienced complete professionalism and hospitality from everyone on staff. Although I going in for just a smoothie, the girl who was taking my order was kind enough to tell me about their latest promotions and even went as far to giving me a sample of their tasty noodle bowl. With very little convincing I couldn't help but order the whole special, costing me only 9.99 for the entire combo. The smoothie was both speedy and delicious and the noodle bowl was fresh and almost too big to eat whole thing. Overall, I recommend this location to any one who wants to experience top quality and fast service while enjoying a healthy meal.

I eat here almost daily. I know the staff by name. I would recommend anyone who wants to eat light, and healthy, this is the place to shop for smoothies, flat bread sandwich, wraps, bowls etc. You won't be disappointed.

I've been coming to this location for over a year now the service is usually great and the store atmosphere is very positive with music playing in the background. I visited this location late one evening and the store felt completely lifeless. No music playing or any of the emplyees smiling. Not coming back at all till something is done about bringing back that original positive but professional atomsphere that exceeded my expectations.

Bahama Mama all I can say

I’ve been to tropical smoothie numerous times a various locations. I received the worst wrap ever st this location. The wrap wasn’t properly cut, and it didn’t even seemed like it was cooked. Everything was kind of thrown i there. I will never go back to this location
