Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Ordered a jetty punch, got something that barely resembled a jetty punch. Tasted like minty grapefruit??

This location has greatly improved since my last visit. Much more efficient and friendly and the sandwich and smoothie we're both delicious.

I've never visited a Tropical Smoothie Cafe as we don't have them in the midwest. My review will be the same for all of them. Clean, delicious food and smoothies, and very polite employees. Makes me want to open my own cafe in my town. 😁

They continue to give me a half filled smoothie even tho I tip! I’ll drive the extra distance

I always like stopping here! From customer service, to rate of food production, to the clean environment...you really can't go wrong. Their food and smoothies are much better than places in town, so I just continue supporting this location.

Had to wait well over 50 minutes to get a smoothie that was practically a block of ice. They didn't even fill the cup to the brim like they do at other Tropical Smoothie Cafes.

Took them way too long to make my food. And then they forget to tell me they're out of cookies.

I received a chiari banana max smoothie that tasted like salt water and a baja chicken wrap drenched in dressing. Employees were nice though.

It’s almost what you’d expect from Tropical Smoothie, except the smell of cleaning chemicals is intense, the music is incredibly loud, and not many things function as they should in the females restroom. Staff is mostly pleasant, smoothies are on par.

The one star was due to the employees being respectful, but the service was incredibly slow, so this technically doesn't even deserve anything but a negative rating. Waited 30 minutes for a Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap. The first time my food was brought out to me, it was the wrong order. Tables were filthy. Management needs to step it up with this location, oh wait...this seems to be a constant problem still with no change. Obviously, management doesn't care either. Higher needs to be involved.
