I go to tropical smoothie cafe regularly and every time I go the food and smoothies are great. The workers are very kind, respectful, and efficient this place is very clean and organized. One worker I noticed that rose above the rest in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and overall satisfaction was a worker named Deanna I get her most of the time and she seems like a very intelligent, talented and efficient worker. Plus she make really good smoothies, well, that's enough talk, all in all I love this place!

Newest location.. new deisgn & layout.. def. gets some getting used to for customers as well as staff..The staff are energetic, and try 100%. SUPER clean and warm inviting employees.

There are nice and helpful employees- but I downrated the location because they charge a 3.8% FEE ON ALL TRANSACTIONS. They call it a Cash Discount- well it is NOT a DISCOUNT if all YOU get discounted IS THE FEE! They charge you 3.8% FEE on ALL transactions whether you pay by credit or debit. This is deceptive and illegal. Yes they can pass a processing fee - but only on credit cards. Debit cards are the same as cash transactions- AND you should receive a CASH DISCOUNT from the cost of the retail sale. They have to charge and discount their sales properly, like they do at gas stations. One higher price for credit card transactions. One LOWER price for Cash & Debit Cards, And YES I have Receipts. They can be reported to the Dept of Consumer Affairs, which is right on Route 454 and Old Willets Path.
