The food at tropical smoothie is good, I am not going to dispute that. What I will say is that this location has had terrible service over the past few months. I have held off writing my review until I was certain that things weren't getting better.The last time my wife and I were at this location we got the "hold on a minute" finger repeatedly as we stood outside in the heat trying to order. After several minutes of this we just left. They have also been lacking in supplies over the past several times I have visited. They usually don't have the correct cups or lids. Occasionally they will be completely out of a few of their menu items before noon, which is concerning.I hope something is done about the lack of motivation in the employees here as I really like the franchise.

Would have given 4stars buy several mistakes cost ordered a suger free with Splenda and got a smoothie with no sweetener what so ever next mistake ordered the 2 for Tuesday my wife grabbed a bag of chips and I was charged for am item that was included vin the price listen to your customers carefully
