Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Arrived around 8:10 a.m. this morning to the Cafe with the lights being off and door open. Went inside to find out the staff was late to work which is understandable. The young man with the out of place hair which is againt health code was very unprofessional and was smirking saying they where having technical difficulties which was highly unlikely. Then they made my smoothie and half of the ingredients where left at the bottom of the blender. I expressed to the young lady what i saw and her response was "Well its stuck". Well obviously!!!! I would not recommend this place if these unprofessional youths are working at the time. Ive gone to Tropical all around the States and never had any problem until now. More proper training is needed and proper uniforms need to be incorporated with proper customer service. Im HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with this experience I had to make a review.

The oat berry smoothie was delicious!!! And super quick service!!!
