Tropical Smoothie Cafe

My food was to be ready at 12:11 but didn't get it until 12:20. ( I have to be back at work at 12:30. I had placed my order online prior to getting there, because I only get 30mins for lunch, When I arrived I was not greeted, So when the girl ( I say girl because she looks like she is in high school) came to the front I said hi how are you , she said ( with attitude) can I help you?. I told her I was there to pick up my order. I stood there about 5mins when another girl through a bag on the counter and said your side is right behind you. I told her I don't want chips that I ordered, Kale apple slaw. And then I said this looks like a wrap, And I ordered a flatbread, The girl at the front said no she didn't she order a pesto wrap. So I had to bring my order up just to show them. This is crazy. I will not be going back there on the weekdays, I like the weekend crew better. The food was still good though.

Very slow and only two people working with several customers waiting. I gave it a 2 star cause the staff were polite just not enough help.

This is a good place for some variety. Definitely don't go right after school gets out, though. A different menu than other fast food places plus smoothies. Usually clean and friendly.

Was waiting for an order, as I was waiting for my order an employee named Zaria began using profane language in front of my 6 year old children. When I requested to speak to a manager, the manager named Mikall sarcastically asked if I had any other concerns. When I told her my concern was what just happened in front of my children she said okay anything else? I am astounded at the level of unprofessionalism and disgusted at the vulgar language used in front of my children.

Love eating at Tropical Smoothie. The smoothies are great and food good.

The smoothies are consistently good, if you can get behind the wait and people making them remake a smoothie after forgetting one ingredient its not terrible.

Our smoothies were fine butwhen we walked in nobody was in the front and then girls working where just looking at their phones the entire time while making the smoothies and laughing at stuff and then proceeded to take the left overs from the smoothies and dump them into a cup and drink them. Now I’m sure They probably do that all the time but definitely shouldn’t do it in front of customers.

I usually place my order and pay for my online which allows it to be ready upon arrival. My order was to be ready @ 7:27 PM on 10/12/19. When I arrived at around 7:30, it was not ready and to make matters worse, they "said" they didn't receive it.How is it that each time before last night my order was ready?I showed the young man (Tyler), the order had been made and paid for. I asked how I was going to get a refund of which he said I'd have to speak with the manager.There were no cards in the location with the managers information on it. When I asked the young lady for it, she had nothing either but said he'd be there in the morning.The fact that my order wasn't ready AND more importantly, Tyler was fixing the sandwiches with nothing covering his almost shoulder length hair is unsanitary.This is the closest location to where I live but last night was my last time spending my money here.Very disappointed, previous customer!

Try a Blimey Limey with Splenda...Great!!

Ok so I’m a vegan and usually when I ask people to make sure there is no meat,cheese,or dairy I get a lot of attitude. My first order was wrong and I was asking a lot of questions on other food but Sean S.,Sylvia, and Brandon kept their cool the ENTIRE time! So impressed. I was told this is a new establishment of theirs so come by and experience excellent customer service!

On January 29th my son's bank account was debited for transactions that occurred back in November and December, causing his account to be over drawn. So that's 6 NSF fees of $35 each ($210). On January 30th I talked to a guy named George, who said he would call me back about the issue. It's been a month and he still has not called. I've gone into the store 5-6 times, and there is usually never a manager or supervisor there. Today, Gabby tells me again that George will call me and gives me 4 coupons for free smoothies. Sorry, but $20 worth of smoothies doesn't help with $210 worth of bank fees. So, buyer beware! NEVER use your bank/debit card at Tropical Smoothie. They only process their card charges every other month or so, not when you actually purchase the item.
