Smoothie was ok, sandwiches too. But geesh, we were standing there waiting over 10 minutes for 2 flatbreads. There were only two other customers in the store, so I’m not sure what took so long. Disappointed.

4 start in cleveland. My smoothie wasnt mixed real good, and neither was my bf, or grandkids. My experience at Findlay ohio was 5 stars. That was the only reason while in cleveland we hit Tropical smoothie there. Dont mind paying for a great healthy smoothie. Just suggest all are trained well.

Great smoothies! 2 stars during busy hours because it's SLOOOOOOWW. Not uncommon to wait 20 minutes for a smoothie. 4 stars any other time. Service is a 4/5. Ordering in the app will save you time, but there's no place for comments or custom fields if you want to substitute something so you have to call them quickly to tell them :( Confusion around their hours. In reality, Usually open by 9am but Google says 10am, they have signs that say 7am. Small dining area that gets packed with a line during the busy hours because it's so slow.

Didnt have the sandwich I paid for then the male who took my order didnt communicate that I wanted a baja sandwich instead like serioursly who thinks someones going to pay 12.67 for just a damn smoothie really need better staff and training then I they gave me a buffalo wrap when I stated I wanted a baja wrap will not come back around this time ever again.

Decent tasting food and smoothies. Expensive. Some of the employees have no business working in the service industry. It would be worth the high prices if the employees knew how to be kind to others. Nov. 25 4:18 PM.
