Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love that Tropical Smoothie opened up right down the street from our house! It’s clean, welcoming and the options are amazing. It’s my first time at a Tropical Smoothie and my husband and I are excited to come back again! We got a Bahama Mama and a Peanut Paradise. It’s AMAZING! Highly recommend, especially since they have a drive thru.

The low score is due to the very VERY slow drive thru service. It’s gotten where I won’t stop if there’s more than two cars in the line because I know it will be a good 20 minute wait. If they can find a way to improve the drive thru time I would give 5 stars. On the positive side Sophie makes a really good smoothie and is always delicious. Every smoothie she ever made us has been great

Super clean place and the staff was very cheerful! Had an over 1000 calorie meal, but I feel so much lighter than other places. Plus, I think this smoothie will last me all day.

I love this place

My husband ordered a sandwich without tomato and I ordered a bowl with no pickled onion. What we got was a sandwich with tomato and a wrap. I sent the wrap back for the bowl I ordered and my husband picked off his tomato, which had to be done with a napkin because the tomato was really juicy and he hates that. The food tasted fine once corrected. They had a little rush right after we came in and it looked like all teenagers working, which is fine. It’s a new location and I’m sure they are still learning. I’d be willing to give the place another try in a few months.

This tropical smoothie cafe is really good. Very clean, friendly staff, phenomenal food and smoothies. Will keep going day after day!

The food And peanut paradise is always absolutely amazing, but it takes them a long time to make. I typically go to tropical smoothie about three times a week since it opened sometimes for just a smoothie. And still pretty slow lol.

This store is nice. The manager is far from unprofessional from the review I read. 10/10 would recommend. Will be visiting again

Great smoothies and the employees are the nicest always super sweet to ever customer and try’s their best with how busy it is, Sam that works drive thru is a really good employee super sweet and great worker

Food and smoothies were good. The order was accurate (I made changes to the sandwiches). In and out in less than 10 mins with a decent size order.

I'm at Tropical Smoothie about 3 times a week!Edit: Twice now, I have put in an online order only to wait an additional 20 minutes after arriving for the smoothie. My daughter was late to school today because she was trying to be nice. We love the online ordering, but it isn't effective if the employees ignore those orders.
