Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Was there around 6:15 tonight for dinner. Had the worst smoothie I think I have ever had. Very unusual....maybe new person or something.

I eat at the same tropical smoothie almost daily! This was my first time at this location and they got my order so wrong! The flatbread they gave me was made incorrectly and when I called to tell them, the guy that answered the phone sounded as if he could care less. Instead of apologizing he said "what's wrong with it? " &gave me attitude because he didn't make it. I will never return to this location again! I think it's sad though that I can only enjoy tropical smoothie at one location! That's the military highway location. All tropical smoothies should have the work ethic and ability to exceed customer expectations like that one does.

Ordered a hummus wrap today and a Peanut butter cup with whey. Wait 2 hours later and I have been in bed sick ever since. By far the worst food poisoning I have ever had. Will not return. Avoid at all costs. I hope this is over soon.

Took 15 mins for food and the apples in my kale and apple slaw were already turning brown. Quality was not like other tropical smoothies.

I usually love Tropical Smoothie, but not this one. Smoothies we're bland and the food had no taste. They seem not to care about how there food taste.

Worst tropical smoothie around period. Ordered online came in to pick it up and they said they didn’t receive a ticket also asked me to try someone else’s smoothie saying “this may be yours idk try it” then proceeded to make the worlds worst wrap not even cooked or cut with an attitude from all the ghetto teenagers working there. Honestly they need to fire every single person and start over it’s a joke

I love the smoothies I am always in and out in up to 15 minutes employees are kind and friendly.

I made my order at 520 and did not get it until 548. I was the only one in the line... and 4 ppl came after me. I received my 2 smoothies after probably 15 minutes and was not given my veggie bowl and wrap til after all 4 others had gotten theirs. Once i got my order it was wrong and had to be remade. There was no apology for the extreme delay or the error. The incorrect wrap was taken and a bowl made. During my 30 minute way there were a total of 5 patrons. I dont kno what online orders there r but even the curb side pickup person had to get out after 20 minutes and get her order. U could hear alot of yelling and goofing off. It was definitely not custom friendly or professional. Probably my worst experience at this establishment. On a positive note the Island Detox was perfect!
