Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The food and smoothies are both affordable and high quality. This chain makes it possible to make better decisions when it comes to picking up a quick bite to eat. Service is always quick and the staff is always extremely helpful.

Food is great and smoothies are good when made correctly. We love to order online through the app but more times than not, the order will be wrong. We go in most of the time to avoid any problems. Most of the staff are great but there are a few that are normally the ones that mess things up. We have noticed that over the past couple of weeks the service has not been as good. I hope this will not become the new normal.

While the wait staff was nice enough, the food was just kind of gross. My quesadilla was dripping wet and my mocha madness smoothies tasted disgusting. My kid didn’t like his smoothing either. $5 for a smoothie should taste better.
