Great food and smoothies but the lines can be long depending on the time

Service is very slow. My nieces got their food then 1/2 hr later got their smoothies.

The food is always good and the service even though sometimes slow has for the most part been very friendly. I particularly like eating here because you're actually eating real food. Healthy food that's good for you as opposed to a fast food joint that uses processed foods and still cost the same.

It would be great if they had a couple GF options.

There was no one in line when we got there and 2 staff members in the back. Never greeted us and took a few minutes to come and take our order. Then we sat down for our food after about 5 minutes and had to wait another 20 minutes for our smoothies. There was about 8-10 people waiting after we had ordered and everyone was getting frustrated and none of the staff members even apologized or seemed like they cared. Don’t know how a place can stay in business ran like that. Only gave 2 stars cause the food and smoothies were good, but still not worth it.

Hi, great service, great food.I visit time to time and service has always been great.

My daughter and I we're just coming back from a long trip and we were both happy to discover Tropical Smoothie Cafe on our route home. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the customer service. Food was not prepared well and they would not prepared it again or give a refund. We left after it was apparent they were most friendly and accommodating to the customers (they were white) that came after us.

Staff was really nice and friendly

Ugh. This place is awful. None of the employees, even the manager, know what the hell is going on. We had a coupon. No one knew what to do. They got the coupon taken care of, screwed up the transaction, switched girls at the register, and we lost a few bucks somehow. Freaking moron kids. Some dude ordered online and still had to wait for his food. Both Winchester branches are 110% better than this one.

Neat concoctions that make you really wonder what other things might make a great smoothie!

Walked in the guy CLEARLY saw me standing there and continued to put greens in some type of bag or something and then 5/8 mins later the guy making smoothies told him to grab the front!!! That’s rude and annoying and they never had kale apple sauce made EVER! This location SUCKS and it use to be great when it first opened! I will be getting in touch with the manager.

Waited 5-6 minutes at the counter to order. They were in and out several times before someone asked if I'd been helped. Smoothie was mediocre.
