Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I enjoy their smoothies but the service was very slow. They got the orders out of order and others were getting their order before I got mine. I have visited here a number of times and my chief complaint is how slow it can take to get a smoothie.

The absolute worse service I’ve ever recieved. Placed and online order, that the store had an issue with. The young lady called me over the phone and was outright rude. She attempted to hang up on me, but some how did not and I could hear here talking about me in the background. I heard her say, “ He said yall need more continuity” specifically, and the way she said it was obviously to make a spectacle of my ethnicity and accent. Furthermore, she calls someone while I’m still on the phone and further insults me. I finally ask her for her name and then she disconnects the call. I really can’t believe they have employees like this. I ended up just loosing my money on the online order. I didn’t want to run the risk of her tampering with my food.

Nice place. Good smoothies. I ordered a bowl, but when the order was ready, they brought me a wrap. They offered to remake my order, but due to my time restraints, I kept the wrap.
