Honestly you get bad vibes from everyone here... very rude, gave me the wrong order 2 times. I’m not going here anymore, because the ladies tend to talk behind people backs as you leave also.

Had a really wonderful experience at tropical smoothie. The young man on drive thru was so polite and patient when I had an issue with my card and I just had to make a post about it because not many people would have been as patient about the issue. Also the smoothie and flatbread I got were so yummy! I'll definitely be back.

I love tsc but this one makes the best of everything. Sometimes it takes a little while but they tend to make it up in some way. Workers are extremely friendly.

Drinks are good but the male staff seem miserable. Maybe you should get a different job if you can't make a recommendation when a customer asks. Complete clown.

They advertised a sandwitch (Cuban pressed sandwitch). Signs all over the store, but they don't have it to sell. Minutes after I ordered I realised I would like a smoothie, I was informed that it cannot be added after the purchase was already made. I'm guessing it due to the register. I ate a... Ok wrap without a smoothie. After they got rid of the tacos shortly after original opening of this location it's gone down hill. Won't be back.
