Food is delicious well-made, Limitless combinations for smoothies Staff well trained and efficient. courteous and friendly. Takes me back when services as Tropical smoothie go out of their way to serve and appreciate your business. Prices are reasonable, but I would pay more for services and quality such as he's.

Great smoothies and great food.

Waited a long time to order, still waiting to get my food.... which no one has even started yet. There are people in the back who I guess don't know how to work a line. Not sure I'll be back. Must have changed managers. The 3 employess I encountered were all friendly, especially the gentleman with colorful hair!

I've always liked the smoothies at any Tropical Smoothies I've been to. I have although, been severely disappointed in the past 3 smoothies I've bought from the Hoover location by Sam's. Chunks of strawberries and bananas in my Jetty punch, proving the smoothies are not blended enough. I am sad to say that I will not be a frequent customer anymore if this is the common occurence. It is very inconvenient that I am looking for a smoothie but get chunks of fruit instead. I am not here to leave a bad review, but I suggest checking the smoothies before the customers recieve them or blending them a bit more or customers will start going somewhere else. I am not a fan of the new dragonfruit smoothie. There is not very much flavor. The avocolada smoothie is really good though! The portions are okay but it is a little bit pricey.

So much better than an Icee during this Hot Season

They really can't help the things I dislike about this location: the entrance is hard to navigate as a disabled person. BUT - they have GREAT service and quality of food/drinks. The interior is cute and welcoming. It's always clean when I visit.

Very delicious! Even though they have theor own menu options of smoothies they still were willing to make my smoothie with the EXACT ingredients I preferred. They staff is friendly and very helpful to new customers. Did I mention they have great prices!

Great selection of smoothies and food. Staff is nice, they work quickly, and I've never had bad food.

I'm sitting here now. The music is blasting but they're calling orders to customers but no one can hear. Seriously how does that even work? I'm a frequent flyer and I love the smoothies and the food but sometimes they just miss the boat on customer service. A lady just walked out because she wasn't greeted. I understand being busy but it only takes a second to acknowledge someone.

The overall experience at this location is usually great... what I found is that when I go in at lunchtime the crew and service is phenomenal. The early morning crew moves extremely slow. There were 2 people working. One person was making smoothies, and cashiering. The other person was only making sandwiches and she moved so slow making those sandwiches, you could see could almost see time stop. Valuable lesson learned either order online in the morning or only come in at lunch time when these two are not working or have more help.

If you are hard of hearing skip this place on lunch because you won't hear your name called. Portions are too small, but the food and smoothie's are good.

We love their food and their smoothies are amazing. Friendly service too!

There is something I like about this menu. Great combination of items! The Jamaican Jerk with smoothis is delicious.

This place is my go to place for clean, good, healthy, delicious food and by the way, they make the best Smoothies around. I love the Peanut Paradise Smoothie with Whey protein and Chipotle Chicken flatbread. They have so many more flatbreads, wraps, sandwiches and smoothies. Check them out. You will be convinced as I am.
