I don't want to go into details about what happened because the general manager Brooke solved the problem immediately. She's going far in life with whatever business she's owns or works for . The incident happened two weeks ago and I'm still highly impressed by her customer service skills. I had to give her a positive review on her store and how she runs it . I goggled the liviona location and although it's 4 mins from my house I'll take the trip for better service . I like spending my hard earned money with people who want my business ....

Good smoothies clean environment however just like the tropical smoothie in ferndale, they do not understand when one says NO TOMATOES

They make great smoothies and allow you to bring in your own supplements!

Great smoothies,lots of options including supplements, the parking lot is chaotic at this location.

The smoothies here are so delicious and ice cold, great for a hot summer day! I got the Sunrise Sunset, Bahama Mama, and the Island Green smoothie, the Bahama Mama was the best one! It has strawberries, pineapple, white chocolate, and coconut. It sounds like a weird combination but it works, I didn't even taste the chocolate it just adds some sweetness.

All the choices are good choices.

Honestly love this store. Workers are nice and smoothie always taste great. One thing that I always complain about is the amount of staff they have working. Right now I just walked in at 8 pm and they where slammed. Only 2 workers I honestly feel bad for the workers. They where running around working very hard trying there best but sometimes it’s to hard. An extra worker or 2 wouldn’t hurt honesty and phone lines are busy and that’s also due to it being under staffed. I would honestly have 3-4 workers at all time just to make sure everything runs smooth.

Best spot to go for lunch. Me and my son went for the first time and sat down for lunch. The food and smoothie was good, and the was wasn't bad for what you get.

They are OK, their protein smoothies are amazing by the way

I ordered a smoothie with no bananas and they added it by mistake. They made me a new one and were willing to refund me my money also! They also gave me an extra drink for free and were unwilling to take money! Excellent customer service! They definitely have my retention.

The detox island green smoothie and the chicken bacon ranch on flat bread are amazing 😍 👏 definitely will be going back more and more.

Good selection of smoothies and Vegan foods the staff was very nice and Professional if you want to eat light and grab a delicious drink Tropical Smoothie is the place to go to. Clean and safe atmosphere.
