Troop PVD

First time ever going to Troop. My brother to me to brunch and they are good. I had the fish and grits and my brother had the French toast. I will definitely come back here and I live in Texas

Really cool space. Wide open, full of beautiful art and plants. The drink and food menu was delicious (street noodles). Would definitely go again.

We were able to make a reservation online which was great! The people are super nice, beers were great. But it took a long time to get our food, like almost an hour. It was just burgers and noodles. The food was pretty good and the prices were decent as well. Cool atmosphere, but if you don’t like it loud go before 10pm, that’s when the DJ starts

This is the spot!!! You need to come here, yes, I did said "need" food is goooood!!! Everything here is great, ambience, servers, etc..

The wait was a little long, but it was worth it. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was awesome. The home fries were not my favorite.( I've been told I'm a little picky.) Overall a great spot for brunch.

I have never been disappointed when I come here. I’ve gone twice for brunch and once for dinner. Every meal has been great. The atmosphere/decorations are also amazing. I love this place!

Really cool atmosphere, amazing food (really high quality, I mean, wow), and friendly staff.I had a special, which was a fried fluke sandwich with pickles and coleslaw, oh man. So good. My wife had a pork loin that was just crazy good.Anyway, when I tell people why I think Providence is cool as hell, this is a pretty damn good example why. And did I mention the food?!

Troop is eclectic and of unfailing quality. That said, I’ve been consistently frustrated that their - admittedly unique - combinations don’t really do the job for me. Add to that the fact that I once asked for a bit of creamy dill/ranch dressing, and rather than being told that Troop simply doesn’t have any I was subject to a sort-of lecture about the integrity of the food and how it would not be appropriate to add such sauces to my food (despite the fact that my intent was to use it on the fries I ordered with my meal). I might expect to hear that from someplace where I wasn’t ordering a burger and fries, much less a street-culture-inspired joint. Because of its location relative to work I’ll be back to try again until I’ve found the right meal for me, but until I do I can’t give much better than 3 stars.

Very hipster vibe, love bands, and a great simple menu. I had the hangover burger, the boozy coffee milk and the morning would cocktail. Would highly recommend all three

One of my favorite spots to go for a brunch with my girls! Or by myself! Even when it's loud, it's chill. It has everything I want on a Saturday morning after working a triple shift. Love this place and the entire staff!

Visited this place in passing through Providence. Great drink selection and the decorative style is something to behold. Very fun "throw back to the 80s/90s" atmosphere. Wasn't sure what to expect of the food, but WOW. Had the eggs benedict brunch and it was incredibly tasty. They put a lot on the plate so you won't go hungry. I highly recommend this place and it makes me wish I lived closer so I could go more often!

I've eaten here a few times for brunch and dinner. The food is always great and the staff is awesome! The music is always good, too.
