5 people, everyone had something different. Buffalo wings were exactly what you'd like, chicken strips were prefect, burgers cooked exactly right; the kitchen knows their business! Decent selection of beer. Can't give it 5 stars though as the place is dirty. Had flies buzzing my head as I ate.

Easily my favorite burger in town. Best service in town as well. Any given point in your dinner you will have 4-5 different waters/waitresses ask if you need anything. But it is never too much. (besides we'd all take extra service vs. none). A must if you ever are coming through town or live in the Chattanooga area. If you are waiting for the "seat yourself" spot, just grab a beer and enjoy the wait/atmosphere.

So, I really enjoyed this placed. Saw the two sofas and knew immediately where I was going to sit. Felt like eating at home, but with better food. My burger was delicious, for me. As you can see, I'm a plain Jane, but it was seasoned perfectly. This place is a cozy little gem. Wish they served liquor.

The Tavern Burger was incredible. Best burger in Chattanooga. Hands Down. I would add a photo but I didn't put it down long enough to take one ! And you can get it cooked perfectly to your preference. I'll be back soon!

The decor is perfect. Sorta like a gussied up dive bar in the best possible way. The burgers are simply divine! That nice crispy crust you can only get with a screaming hot griddle. Soft pillowy bun. Cooked exactly to order. The fries as well, crisp and crunchy exterior with soft interior in the best way possible. Honestly one of the top 5 burgers I've had in my lifetime. This specifically is the Coltrane minus the tomato and lettuce as those two toppings are superfluous on a burger that has a fried egg on top. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a gourmet burger this is a great place. Pictured are the Gomez Burger and Jalapeno Jack. The Gomez is juicy and savory. Jalapeno was another good choice if you like raw jalapenos. I prefer the steak fries over tater tots, but that's personal preference. Expect a very laid back wait staff.

While a full bar would be nice, this local beer bar serves up some of the best burgers on this side of the river. A rotating beer selection as well as inspired sandwich specials, makes this a great hole in the wall. There may be a wait, so if you're on a time crunch Krystal is down the street.

Cool tavern with great food and a good selection of beer, cider, etc. They also have several vegetarian options which is nice. I had ‘The Chuck’ burger with a black bean patty instead of meat and the combo of black beans with the guacamole on the burger was delicious.

One of, if not the best burgers in the Chattanooga area! We had the Coltrane (comes with fried egg) and Gouda (two slices of Gouda cheese, BBQ sauce and thin fried onions rings) burgers. They are all cooked to order, temperature wise, and we're delicious. The atmosphere is your typical bar/tavern pub style and pretty cool. Would be a great place to come and just have a beer. Highly recommend!

Most would argue this is one of the best places for burgers in town. Being an odd ball and not liking the overwhelming mix of ingredients and clean up mess I enjoyed the French dip sandwich they offer. It was very tender and tasty. You can never go wrong with their buffalo cauliflower, tots or salads(they have homemade dressing). They also have a large variety of brews if that’s more up your alley. A must visit if you’ve never been.
