TRE Scalini Ristorante

Anna was our server for the evening. She was very friendly and helpful. We had the meat and cheese plate, steamed mussels with white wine, fish in a pomodoro mint sauce, and an Italian tart imported from Italy. All of the items were delicious! We especially liked that it is BYOB.

Always Delicious! We don't get to Tre Scalini enough. But every time that we have been there, the meal has always been beautifully prepared and tasted delicious. Don't miss this restaurant. Another plus.... it's BYOB.

I have dined here several times it is my favorite go to spot in LV. The cozy white tablecloth candle lit atmosphere and friendly professional staff set the stage for a special dining experience. I appreciate the culinary skills and dedication of Chef Santo. His menu is true to his Sicilian roots. Quality ingredients, simplicity and spot on preparation. The antipasto cheese plate is a great start with crispy bread that is absolutely addictive.The salads are fresh and perfectly dressed. Eggplant app is fantastic. Pastas are simple and classic- The mushroom goat cheese Papardelle Con Fungi, Fettuccine Al Limone and classic Sicilian, Mafaldine Con Cavolfiori, Pasta Verde and Tre Scalini Bolognese are always perfect. I cannot pass on the Filet with cognac sauce, it is an excellent preparation. I make sure I bring some terrific Italian Wines to complete the experience.I highly recommend Tre Scalini when asked where to dine in the Lehigh Valley
