The best linguini and clams. My husband loves the Puttanesta, we never look at the menu.

Sunday night, the service was outstanding, and the food equalled the service. Had the Linguini Alfredo, with a Calamari appetizer. Both were SO good.

Bread was cold which was odd for a place that seemed fancy. Carrot Ginger soup was pretty tasty and the side salad was pretty good. As for the veal parm it was basic nothing fancy about it and steep in price for as basic as it was.

Amazing food, very classy place, decent service. An all around phenomenal experience that I'd recommend to anyone.

I was so excited to finally order here via Door Dash - last time I tried, my order was canceled because they were too busy. This time it was fulfilled, but $80 later, we have one salad instead of the two (one for each entree), gnocchi without the advertised “baked with Mozzarella,†and 5-piece arancini instead of 7. Two stars instead of one because they did send some wonderful bread, and the ravioli was fantastic... But I don’t think we’ll be experiencing Trattoria a second time.

this restaurant is what you would expect for a family restaurant - clean, comfortable ambience - if you like Italian you will be pleasantly pleased

Food was good but wait staff not efficient, forgetting that we ordered wine. Also they had run out of several items on the menu. The shrimp were tough and not sweet and the salmon not flavorful.

The food was excellent but my husband 's entree was small.

Probably the best Italian food in the Berkshires in terms of quality. But portions are not generous and prices are in keeping with a tourist environment, rather than a small New England town. But high quality and consistency are it's best selling points. Customers here are eating, not partying. No real bar to speak of, for example. My biggest disappointment is the absence of a fun factor, no 'buzz' to speak of, nothing exciting to look forward to, except much better than average Italian food and competent service in a very traditional dining room. If its good food alone you are looking for, this is the place. If it's a fun evening, not so much.

I’m being kind by giving 3 stars. Food was good enough, but nothing special. Portions were small and service was slow. Basket of bread was served cold. To be fair, this restaurant is typical of the Italian restaurants in the Berkshires. If you’re from an area where Italian food is very popular, you will be disappointed.

We had a very good dinner here Saturday night. The food was great. Our server, Erin, was terrific. She was a very attentive waitress. I did think the portions were a little small for the price you pay, but the food tasted excellent! Very pleasant experience!

We have been coming to this restaurant for more than 10 years for our wedding anniversary. We recently celebrated our 25th and were treated like royalty. Excellent food and service. Thank you to the beautiful family who lovingly run this place!
