Trattoria A Mano

I was so disappointed by their menu selections. I've never really looked at prices to eat well until here. The cheap 6 dollar fan on the kitchen counter made me feel like I was an average joe at a fly by night restaurant that should have had bikers eating in it. Having said that...... .. the owners MR and MRS day have never had an off place in their history of restaurantint that I've ever seen and I'm happy for them. I never thought I'd walk out of one of their restaurants waiting for something better to open. Jim, clean this place up. It doesn't deserve your name. This is the first time I've left a review before eating the food. You're better than that. 3 stars because the place is still beautiful to the common eye.

Server was attentive, loved the cozy, eclectic atmosphere, and everyone's appetizer and dinner was outstanding!

I've been dreaming of the orecchiette with the pork fennel sausage for the past week. It was amazing. Our server Ari was equally amazing. I appreciate the passion that shines through with this restaurant. Great job everyone that made our experience wonderful.

This is my favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. The food is always wonderful and priced well. Staff are always friendly. It is a nicer place, but still feels welcoming and cozy.

Wow! Excellent wine list, butternut squash soup, stuffed pasta, killer tiramisu...... you gotta go.

The scallops were the best we've ever had. We live Santa Fe and always make sure we have a reservation here before leaving San Francisco.

Hand made pasta! Amazing service and crew....the best! Make a reservation, they are booked pretty solid tues-sat.

What a lovely place! We had the carpaccio which was excellent! It has fried capers which are delicious and quite salty so don’t salt before you try. Then came the Gorgonzola pear salad that was light and excellently dressed. Our waiter recommended a Riesling, more expensive than what we budgeted but worth it and perfectly paired with all we ordered! Next came the Saffron lobster pasta. I would have preferred a cream sauce rather than tomato but it was still delicious. For dessert, we chose the calamari and were pleased. Service, food and atmosphere were stellar!My only wish is that they would put a heater in the bathroom because of the very cold toilet seat!

Amazing food and service! Jay was very helpful! The octopus was excellent and the homemade pasta was wonderful! I also really enjoyed the chocolate dessert! It was outstanding! This is now on my list of favorite restaurants to go to in Santa Fe!

Excellent food and service. Ari was very friendly. The tagliatelle bolognese was fantastic and so was the eggplant lasagna. Highly recommended!

Great homemade pasta.

This was actually my first time trying Trattoria A Mano, and it was excellent. The service was friendly and you do not feel rushed. The Orecchiette pasta dish was amazing and the waiter (Sam) was very knowledgable of the menu and helped with recommendations. Valet parking is very nice. Cant wait to go back. 5 Stars.

After your palate has been beaten up by chili, Queso and assortments of same, treat yourself to the excellent flavors and products of Trattoria a Mano. Service is excellent, chefs creations are simple, authentically balanced cuisine. Price points are a good value. Was our last night in Santa Fe and it made memiries. Thanks, Ari, you were sublime.

Popular place for dinner. We made reservations a day ahead and still had a late sitting but it was worth it for the food. We had chicken marsala and shrimp scampi. Food and service was excellent.
