Trailside Restaurant

Decent food. Caters mainly to the older clientele. With a little updating of the decor and especially the food, this could be an awesome little restaurant. They are a little overpriced for the portions and quality of food they serve.

Breakfast was blah..my daughter ordered chili dog platter .I don't know what was wrong with the buns..as soon as she picked it up it fell apart in several peices..tryed the second one and the same thing..the hotdogs were liked they were cooked to long .the chili was good.. we didn't want toast or potatoes and wanted cottage cheese instead..gonna have to charge us extra...oook..very pricey for breakfast and broken hotdogs..

The food is great, but the one waitress I believe she is the owner is kind of rude tords the other waitress and the cooks...It was really busy that day, & the food wasn't coming out fast enough and people were leaving...

A good home cooked meal is easy to find should you stop here. Everything is homemade and is pretty tasty. I don't think you could go wrong here with anything you order. I had the homemade turkey dinner and my wife had the w chili dog lunch. Plenty of food and just a fun place to learn about all the local history that covers the walls.
