This bakery is identical to the bakeries in the very elegant fashionable department stores in Tokyo, all made to perfection. Their espresso is outstanding and the service is extremely friendly and professional. We have tried their “maron” chestnut bread, sweet potato/apple pie, chocolate sponge cake with chocolate mousse and strawberries, mini shortbread cookies, curry pan, cream pan, and their BLT sandwich with Japanese milk bread, all really amazing. They sell their own blend of coffee beans ( highly recommended). All staff wore masks as did most of the patrons. Best Japanese bakery in California!
