Great food and service, but online coupon codes no longer work. Here's the message you get: "The coupon (LC90) 30% Off Any Order is not complete." This error message occurs at checkout, stating there was no order in place, yet in fact it is still prompting payment for the amount due for your order! It's unfortunate, because I've ordered dozens of time online. Need to fix the glitch.

Not to be confused with Tortoises Pizza, a very different experience. We walk here for slices at least once a week. Hits the 'pizza craving' spot everytime!

The pizza is Italian. The dough and cheese, along with the ingredients made in such a tasty sauce is superbly delicious.

Im very impressed with this pizza place. I'm visiting from Florida and decided to try "Chicago's famous pizza" and Tortorice's came highly recommended. They ended up sending the thin crust instead of the deep dish I ordered so I called to let them know. I did not request a refund but they graciously gave me a $25 credit towards my next order and explained there was an order mix up. From now on they will be my top choice for pizza when we visit because they care about customer service. For us not typically liking thin crust the pizza was off the chain awesome. Hot, fresh, and delicious! Also the order was 15-20 minutes ahead of schedule and it's snowing outaise!

Ordered through UberEats. After and hour and a half I was contacted through Uber explaining how someone had walked off with my order and the only solution was to reorder and hopefully I’d be given priority on delivery. I understand that some might say this is more of an Uber problem rather than Tortorice’s fault. However the root of this issue is the fact that someone had walked off with my order at Tortorice. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability on Tortorice and their lax monitoring of who is picking up delivery orders. Leads me to believe anybody can walk in off the street, claim they are a third party delivery company and walk off with any order they choose.

Easy take out / delivery. Only 2 small tables in the dining room more suited for waiting for your take out order than sitting down to eat... unless you're chowing down a slice. I like that they have individual slices to go here.

Ordered the western pizza. It was great. Delivery arrived at the expected time.

I would give the pizza 3.5 stars!! It’s good. But I am very big on great customer service. I visited for the first time 12/10/2018 around 8pm the light skinned cashier(sorry I didn’t get her name) not very pleasant. No greeting, no smile. After she gave me my pizza I asked her for parmesan cheese/pepper she responded, “give me a minute” then went even further by saying “next time let me know”(she had to go to the back to get it).... I stated, “this is my first time I dont know” she responded, “I know.” It was very uncomfortable for me but I still treated her with the same respect & energy as when I first walked in the door. I actually just did a walk-in never ate here before & because of her lack of communication skills/attitude it wasn’t a good first visit for me.

I ordered the tortorices special thin crust pizza yesterday, The dough was fresh and the cheese was delicious. They gave an abundance of toppings, I enjoyed the food a lot. Delivery was on point, all around great experience.
