Dining in maybe the best experience to Torishin, however the take out will not disappoint you during the stay at home period!You have to find out yourself how good these rice boxes are. They might not look like a fancy meal from the picture. But turns out they are so delicious and is well balanced! Definitely worth to try and support our local business!

Perhaps you have to reserve the SELECT meal to get something special, but if that's the case, what's the point of the rest of the restaurant. We didn't reserve SELECT and the food was uninspired and one of the chicken dishes was even served raw by mistake. They took it back and cooked it more, but the error wasn't given a second thought. As for the ambiance, we were seated at the inner bar and just to the right at our feet was a bin with dirty dishes. Neither of these things are acceptable for a Michelin star restaurant or even one of this price.

Excellent food. Stopped by with few friends from out of town for a late night snack after a broadway show. The food was amazing everything was organic. Super delicious and great service as well. Will definitely go back!

I've been here several times over the years with other people. Overall this place is just great.Tips:1. very limited space. It is not easy to get in/out of seats without bumping into other people. Space allocated for each person is very limited even by the standard of Manhattan.
