Toppers Pizza

Haven't been happy with Toppers the last couple times I ordered for one reason or another and after tonight I'm done ordering from them. I ordered pepperoni, sausage, onion. Got pepperoni, mushroom,onion. My nephew doesn't like mushrooms but after I seen the pizza, they were pretty skimpy on them anyways. Not impressed. For $18.95 I should have a better pizza than that and I will somewhere else.

Negative 1 Star...I called and I wont say the young mans name but he picked up after the phone rang about 20 times. He took my name and the phone went silent. After I said "hello" 3 times, the phone hang up. I called back and it rang and rang and rang. No answer. I was really eager to try this pizza but I won't bother. I didn't feel like an important customer.

Great food but have had multiple negative customer service experiences. I had a delivery order that never showed up and they refused to refund me. I had a delivery that was supposed to take 45 minutes take 3+ hours. I’ve had a wrong order that they refused to refund or deliver the correct food. Again, delicious food but, be prepared that if something goes wrong you’re on your own. I tried the route of following up with them afterwards and never heard a response.

We received the wrong pizza for our delivery order, and they delivered the right pizza right away while allowing us to keep the other one. Very nice guys and we appreciate the great attitude in fixing the mistake. Great pizza, too!
