Toppers Pizza

Little Caesars quality, which is a compliment to little Caesars as the prices here are higher for the same quality pizza.

This is one of my favorite places to hang out at and you can see everyone trying their hardest!!! Keep up the good work guys!

I get wings and baconstix when I come here. It's open super late and they make stuff fresh. Love it. One of my fav restaurants.q

Horrible customer service! Part of our order was not delivered and after giving them a call we were told that someone would be over within 10 minutes to bring the rest of the order. 25 minutes later and no one came. We gave them a call again and the manager started arguing with us and telling us that everything was delivered and that they were not going to send anyone over and there was nothing they could do. Will never order from them again!

Great staff and fast prep of food.

Fast service, food was delicious.

I placed an order on their website and was charged for it, but I never received it. The first time I called, I was told my order was on it's way an hour and twenty minutes after placing the order. Two hours after placing the order I was told that my order couldn't be found and no one knew what happened. I asked how was I charged if no one knows where the order is, I was told that I would be able to get my money back in three to five business days. I wish I could give zero stars just for the lack of customer service and being lied to.

Loved the obvious attention put into every order of toppers stix. The staff was exemplary as well !!

Be careful ordering carryout. They will forget to let you know your food is done. Had my food sitting for 30 mins . Complained about it but they didnt pay attention or care. Just shrugged shoulders and walked off.

Decent pizza, can be really greasy sometimes. It's expensive if you don't use a 'deal'. But they have great hours and it's usually done pretty quickly. Never had an incorrect order too

The topper Stix are great to eat.

I wouldn't recommend eating here if you expect to get what you paid for. We made a rather large order exceeding $80.00, which included a taco pizza. The employee who took my order probably misheard me because we received a tator tot pizza instead of the taco.I am not upset that they made a small mistake on my order. What upsets me is that the manager of the establishment refused to issue me.a refund or offer any reasonable solution. I made it clear to him that I did not want a refund of the entire order, just the incorrect pizza. He refused to issue a refund, did not offer any solutions, and proceeded to hang up the phone. I contacted Toppers' main office regarding the incident, and they claimed they would have a manager call me to resolve the issue. No one has done so. I like the pizza, but I can't justify eating at Toppers anymore. If you expect your restaurant to fix incorrect orders, eat somewhere else.

This place has been great in the past but they really dropped the ball on new years day. The pizza was an hour late, and when I called the store to ask about it, the employee who answered the phone was very rude. No apologies were offered and they refused to try to do anything. When the pizza did arrive, the box was slightly crushed and the pizza was cold and stuck to the top of the box. I gave the pizza back to the driver who said I would get a refund, but now they are refusing to refund me

I received quick and courteous service from a knowledgable staff. Free WiFi!!
