We placed an order for delivery. Our food took an hour and a half to arrive. Not to mention when the food finally did arrive it was cold. We also didn't get the lettuce on our fish hoagie. When I called to let them know, the rude poorly English speaking man yelled at me and hung up. Save your money and order from a place that appreciates the business, will get your order correct, deliver it in a timely matter and also understands what good customer service means. Oh and can speak English.

I ordered my food at 11:30 pm and it is now 1:35 am and i have not recieved my food. I guess its not coming i want my 27.80 back!

Im the cook there. That was completely irresponsible. I'm positive i wasn't there when this happened because my shift started at 5pm. So i will get to the bottom of this. My sincerest apologies. I will do my very best to not let this happen again.
Did u even bother to call them up to complain? Im sure the situation would have been rectified! Closed mouth won't get fed.
