The soup sticking firmly to the thin noodles is rich with the flavor of tonkotsu (simmered pork belly and bones). A special kaeshi (sweetened soy sauce with mirin) made with mustard greens and garlic is added, making the dish delicious to the last drop.

Both tonkotsu and spicy miso ramens are just great. Full bodied flavours of the soup and tasty noodles. Spicy one is not really spicy but it is a good base, so you can heat it up to your liking with pickled mustard or chilli available on the tables in plenty. There is also garlic there, ideally accompanying tonkotsu soup. Staff is cheerful and helpful as can be. I know this is Japanese perk but here you can experience it fully, including people screaming greetings and goodbyes for every customer entering or going out. All-in-all great place with great food (and lots of it considering free extra servings of noodles available) for really reasonable price. I plan to become regular!

Best spicy miso ramen you'll get in the whole mall!

Visiting this ramen joint with my parents on May. I ordered the garlic oil ramen while my parents share a bowl of tonkotsu ramen. Delicious ramen! If only I had empty stomach I would go for a free noodle refill. I would like to try your "ya wa" noddle if I have the chance to visit Nakano Broadway again. Thank you for your warm and kind service, dear owners :D
