Wonderful food and excellent service. A definite crowd pleaser since you can customize everything. Loved the spicy tuna and seaweed salad! They even offered to cook the salmon for my 8 year old, she ate every last bite. Everyone loved it! Can’t wait to go back!

I absolutely love this restaurant as a new dine-in guest. It's small, but the food is all you hope for and more. A breath of fresh air from the norm of steak and fast food, healthy selection, and even has a couple local craft beers on draft. Great spot for a quick bite.

Very clean very modern. Serves local beer. Food is interesting, fresh and served in large portion sizes. Owner is probably going to serve you and then come make sure you are enjoying yourself. He is very easy-going and approachable. Highly recommended to come in and try!

Very good food- really enjoyed my bowl! But for those who are money conscious, check on your price. The bowl I ordered was listed on the menu as $10 but rung up as $14 and the cashier said it was supposed to be $12. I recommend sorting out your pricing and adhering to what is advertised on your menu.

I was skeptical about eating here because I'm not a big sushi fan, but my husband loves it so, I gave it a try. It was delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful on recommendations!

Really fresh, fast and healthy food. Doesn't hurt that it's really really good as well. I like that they have draft options from local breweries. They had options from elkmont, printshop and hexagon. Knoxville needs more options like this.

I absolutely loved the modern environment of the restaurant, but most importantly I LOVED the food! I got one of their bowls they recommended on the menu and it was more delicious than eating traditional sushi! All of the ingredients we're fresh to the point where I could eat the fish straight up without having a fishy taste, which some people may not prefer. The rice base held together to where I could eat it with the other ingredients with chopsticks very easily. All in all, I couldn't put my chopsticks down when eating this, and wish I could have gotten more. I will DEFINITELY be back, and I hope everyone else comes here to enjoy it!

I was hesitant when I pulled up around 6:30 pm and no one else was there, however, the food was delicious. I had the Ahi bowl with sushi rice. Will definitely be returning.

Fresh ingredients, great variety, incredibly clean! If you have never had poke before I would try one of the curated bowls. If you are feeling adventurous try the Poke Your Way. The staff is very friendly and take the time to explain what each option is. Fun experience.
