Best food within 50 miles! Service is great too, and the location is clean, modern and comfortable. I come up from Hastings every weekend for lunch and to buy beer at the attached liquor store. Don't let the last statement fool you though, this is a classy place.

They have gluten-free buns available for burgers and a really nice salad bar with a wide variety of gluten-free options.

I'd ask the owners if you're looking for answer but not sure they'll tell if they consider it a "trade" secret. i.e. Kind of like Lo Sole Mio in Omaha won't reveal exact contents of the herbs in their dipping olive oil on their tables.
