Tommy Condon’s

After marching around Charleston all day we decided to look for a relaxing, low key bar/ restuarant with a classic pub menu with a northern Irish pub feel. Tommy Condon's felt like home and had amazing food at reasonable prices. Staff was super friendly. Great bartender who has been there for 20 years and a wealth of local info. Highly recommend

Love the atmosphere and design. Some days it is nice to sit out on the open air section and watch tourists go by. Great bartenders who hustle when the bar is busy. Loved the "Irish nachos". Parking is easy as there is a garage right next door.

Great traditional Irish pub food. The fish & chips were as good as any we had in London. The shepherds pie was the real deal. If you are in Charleston you missed give this place a try. It's very near market Street. Nice selection of pub beers on tap, too.

Stopped by for a drink and stayed for dessert. The “Homemade Snickers Pie” paired with the Irish coffee was on point. Dog friendly picnic tables (4) out front were the most accommodating we found in the downtown area.

Went here on my first trip to that part of Charleston. The server he was so cool very friendly. My rum punch was a little too heavy on the rum but the food was so delicious and i cant get over how good the seasoning on the fries were. The Rueben was packed with corned beef and it was delicious!

Such a nice treat to have dinner here. The service from out waiter was top notch. My children don't get to eat out much and this experience was wonderful for them. The food was a wonderful as the service.

Food was exceptional here. Really enjoyed the shrimp and steak. Its nearby our hotel and the Atlantic ocean as well. Lots of things to do in this Charleston area in the spring time. Tommy Condons was superb.

Awesome place to eat and have a few drinks! We had about 8 people with us. They had no problem getting seats for us. Our server was fantastic! She said she could memorize our entire order ( even if we asked for it special). She came back with our food exactly the way we ordered! She didn't even write anything down. The food was wonderful as well! Pretty decent prices for being downtown. If you are downtown and need a drink or a really good burger, now you know where to go!

The seating was immediate. The live music was exceptional. And they got my wife and I in and out in lightning speed so we would still be able to make one of our walking tours on time. Super accommodating and friendly. Ordering an Italian pasta dish at an Irish place is my own fault but everything was still really well prepared. Would definitely recommend.

Large Irish pub conveniently located in Charleston. The place is set up as a resturant and 2 separate bars all under the same roof. We sat at the main bar and the bartender was very attentive and friendly. Good selection of beer on tap and although we did not eat, the menu had several tasty looking Irish dishes. We were there for open mic night ( Monday) which was great. There were several local acoustic acts that were all wonderful. I cannot wait to stop back on my next trip to Charleston!

This place is usually so great. However on this visit it was like we were a bother. The waiter said he was busy, but it was like we were forgotten the entire time we were there. It took nearly 15 minutes just to get drinks and the service didn't improve from there. I understand being busy, but when you see all the other wait staff handling their tables and giving better service, it's hard to have sympathy...

My family and I ate lunch there during our one day trip to Charleston. We were seated immediately and had great service. Our waiter gave several recommendations on which menu items we should try. I personally got the Chipotle steak wrap and it was great. Very generous portions as well.

Service was excellent and we liked the diverse menu. The wings and bookmaker sandwich were very good. Unfortunately the rest of our meal was a bit disappointing. Hamburgers were dry, fish and chips boring, and fried green tomatoes needed a sauce. Too bad.
