Food was a little on the cool side

Friendly staff and the food was awesome. Eating area was clean and it seemed to have gotten an upgrade since the last time I visited.

Quick service and food is good.

Food is not as good as it use to be. I called back to the restaurant to complain about the horrible food.

Good prices, fast service, decent food.

I tried to call in and place my order tonight and the employee that answered the phone was yelling at me. I didnt know if i should order or not but she was rude. I will not be calling Bush river tokyo grill.

I came in the store its was busy but the girl who was behind the counter was so unprofessional. She had piercing all in her face for one which was not a good look for the company. As well as being ghetto and loud with the customers. I dont see where the customers should have to put up with this behavior to order food when we are spending our money. You should know how to conduct yourself at all times. I still havent recieved my order and i walked out without my refund. I then called my old co worker Joy to see what was going on. She did say she will talk to her boss but this is not the young lady first time doing this. So if anyone could please email me corporates phone number please do so.

This has been a nice find for a quick meal, good service, and large portions.

Rude staff. Can't get order correct and difficult when getting fixed. Refuses to fix online or app orders. Won't give refunds or money back. Yelled at my wife for our child, a year old, crying while dining in store. Used to be good when first opened, but now they are worthless and the food isn't good. Never eating at this chain again.

Don't even want to give them a star. Worst service. Don't know why.they have these unprofessional girls working the counter. Told me the owner would not allow any contact with customers after i was told there was no manager. Food is sub par from this location compared to others. Hated my experience.

Night shift is on their phones. Been waiting 23 minutes so far. The cook disappears only to come back and text. Came in with someone and they got their order 15 minutes ago. God awful trap music blasting. I dont wanna hear music about people selling dope while the staff plays around. This is unacceptable. Upon getting home with my order my chicken was exponentially overcooked. Due in part to the grill cook texting and letting the chicken burn. The sauce is even burnt. The steak is alright. As was everything else. The cashier gave me an extra four California rolls for the wait. Every other experience has been stellar. This one was terrible. I blame the management.
