The Bubbles is your typical upscale airport airside white wine and fish bar ... although they also sell some other stuff of course. Available only in the Schengen area. Prices elevated as you would expect in an airport but certainly good looking.

Food is alright. They are understaffed, so you have to wait. It's fast food, though.

Wow, an excellent in selection of small plates that's not too overly priced, with great presentation and a nice variety. Most interestingly the wine selection, hence the name Bubbles, offers a nice pairing. If you enjoy fresh fish this is your place.

Mediocre seafood bar more oriented to selling sushi which has restaurant selling in abundance at this airport. If you have viseted seafood and wine bar in London Heathrow and Dubai you would be very disappointed with this rendition of a seafood and wine bar

The only place in the airport I could find some Sushi... Pieces are massive.. But decent portions. However, bloody expensive, but you are in Schipol Airport, so is to be expected.Service a bit “in your face“ but food and drink is decent👌

These must be the smallest glasses of champagne I have ever seen. Ten euro sips. Unless you like being ripped off, do not order drinks here
