I can't wait to go back here! Reasonable prices, super friendly service, REALLY delicious food, and a calm, sophisticated atmosphere. Highly recommended! The menu has a lot of great options so go with a friend so that you can share! :)

Im not in love with the bartender #tpain. Im in love with the owner. Is it weird that she knows my name, my wife's name, my son's name, dogs name, ss#, and address? Just great to know your appreciated. Literally though I have my own hacked dish thanks to her. Tuna with the extra extra spicy and a BIG salad. These items are not on the menu but they are when I come in, yippee. Toast is a A++++++ #christmasstory

Wow! I had three types of crostini (warm goat cheese with honey, avocado, and chicken liver) and a side salad. Everything was delicious, even the side salad! I wish I lived closer. I found parking on the street for $1.50/hr. It was quite loud with lunch conversations at 1:30. Pretty busy on a Thursday afternoon but still plenty of seats.

Creative dishes, but I've yet to find a sandwich that I LOVE yet. The goat cheese and honey crostini is unreal though.

Never fails in I treated soups paired with flavorful Crustini choices.

I've never had anything but wonderful food at Toast and the employees are kind, helpful, and efficient. My favorite lunch spot in Durham!

Yum, yum, and did I say yum?? The ingredients are fresh and the combinations are a sweet surprise to the palate. Tons of vegetarian options!! This place is about 30 mins away from me and I will for sure drive it again to enjoy a great meal.

This place was delicious! Despite the space being a little small we were able to find a table easily and our food was served quickly. You could taste the fresh ingredients and tell that nothing was frozen. The prices were fair as well. We will definitely make a point to stop in again next time we're in the area!

Clean, warm atmosphere. Soup was good, but panini wasn't very good. It had prosciutto, mozzarella and roasted tomato, but really needed mustard or vinaigrette.

In an area packed with fancy high end restaurants this place is a real breath of fresh air! Unpretentious and straightforward.The food is simply amazing. High quality ingredients prepared in ways that really allow them to shine . . . simple, elegant, and fresh!To get food like that at such a reasonable price point really blew me away.

Great people great food

Lots of cilantro and stylish lunch options. It's never bad, but I'm never particularly satisfied with any dish I get there. I never eat anything enthusiastically there. There are veg options and pork, but no hearty meat options if you don't eat pork. I still don't have a favorite or anything I'd miss even a little if they shut down. That's quite unusual for me, even at hole in the wall restaurants or dive bars that serve pub food, so I think that's a very bad sign.

Really liked the paninis..ordered the 3 cheese added with chicken and the other regular chicken one...both were extremely good...good spot to grab a quick bite or to even sit down for a chat..

Fantastic place with delicious paninis and soup. I am consistently impressed with the quality of their food and always look forward to going back.
