To Cafe

Awful service. We do somehow appreciate the food of that chain especially when we miss Frebch food, so we went once to this shop and sat at the terrasse. We saw suddenly in our plate a dangerous insect (baby centripede ムカデ), 3cm long, probably fallen from the terrasse roof. Anybody eating this could die from it. The reaction of the waiter was however unacceptable, he took the plate back to the counter, and brought it back having removed the insect, not even a "sorry" or some small compensation. We had to get upset in order to get some "sorry" word. The Bacchanales chain has a constant problem with service, I wonder where they hire their waiters from.

Always crowded and noisy. Superficial french style.
