This is a dangerous store for your undisciplined café drinker. The smell of the store will grab you and lock you in. You smell the roasting of tree nuts and coffee beans. You have your teas for the foo foo drinkers just joking. You have snacks like trail mix, dried fruit, peanuts, pretzels and candy just to name a few. You can get pumpkin, cinnamon, Columbian, hazelnut and regular coffees just to name a few. This is the best store on Broad, Mulberry, Halsey, Washington and University.

Great place! I've been going there since I was a little girl over 50 years ago. It should be a historic landmark in the city of Newark. You can't beat the quality of their products anywhere in Newark.

They have delicious coffee and snacks and tiny ginsings.

Fresh ground coffee, fresh ground peanut butter, chocolate covered everything. A must stop whenever I'm in the area.

A gem in Newark NJ great coffee the lady place left to where you can still buy fresh roasted peanuts daily, large variety of candy can be found there when Newark use to have a candy store in every neighborhood.

I love a good coffee. Yes the day I walked in when they got a new shipment of teas, it was beyond amazing. I still like coffee better but now there's a verybut now there's a very good spot for tea and me.

This store, which is nearly a century old, has bins of coffee beans, and one may buy the whole bean form, or have them ground right there. There are also a large selection of teas, nuts, candies and the like. One can also get brewed coffee to go.

THE BEST ROASTED PEANUTS IN THE CITY

One of the benefits to working in the federal court building was the ability to shop in this incredible establishment. The wonderful aroma as you walk in the door sets the mood for the experience. Not only are their products unequalled in this area but the staff could not be more knowledgeable nor more courteous. Yep, time for a trip to Newark.
