Tim Hortons

All staff were new and little slow. I wanted a sandwich and it took almost 10 minutes because they prepared a wrong one at first! Or maybe someone else took mine !

Nice and clean facilityAre the staff aways yelling at each other? It really takes away from the other great aspects.It sounded very much like the manager/supervisor was the one doing the yelling (based on the verbal threats)Poor form for an otherwise great franchise

Great location, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.Walked in and did a online order. Everything was very fast and speedy.

1st time even it's been there quite some time. It's a busy store cause it close to No Frills on Leslie

The drive through at morning in this location are really fast. I did several time recently. The whole process only took me 3mins. Really good for weekday morning.

My bagel b.e.l.t kept on falling apart. The cashier did not speak clearly and she was talking too fast. The donuts are good, but the donut was upside down and the icing fell off.

This is a very spacious and clean Tim Hortons. You get what you expect, nothing different. My only complaint here is the slow service. Even though I counted 8 staff behind the counter, I was standing in line ahead of one person and no one was acknowledging us. And then the same happened to me when I got to the front of the line.

Stop here almost every night. Never bother having food. Don't bother stopping by, their staff are rude on top of useless. Don't advertise 24 hour breakfast either if your staff are too inept to make it.

The staff here is really great and friendly, but every single time I order an iced coffee it has little to no ice, and tastes like extremely bitter watered down coffee- no sugar what so ever. I’ve ordered it atleast 10 times and every time it’s the same.

The Tim Hortons at an onRoute station should be staffed and serving 27/7. This one didn't answer at the menu board so you waited then you pulled up to the serving window to see if they are open and waited for someone to come.

Seated quickly by friendly staff who got us menus and took our drink order.

Very slow, waited 10minutes and didnt even get what i asked for. Plus they threw my hashbrown into the bag without anything to cover it

Understaffed causing a bit of a wait time but still great service.
