Cheap coffee and good food, better than mcds

Love how everytime I go there, the service quality decreases at an outstanding rate. Today, they made fun of my name.. in my face. Truly unprofessional. The manager has to do something about their horrible attitude.

I come here out of habit, and the price is right. This is one of the few Timmies that I have been to where it is possible to have a lineup of 8+ people waiting and see only one cash actively manned with 3-4 extra employees studiously ignoring the potential clientele. Many of the employees are severely under-motivated: you have a 20%+ chance of your order being filled out incorrectly (even for something simple as how many creams and milks you asked for in a single coffee). You also have a 2.5% chance of getting accosted for change by one of homeless people that congregate in the environs of the Old Mission Brewery. Employee performance is noticeably better when the manager is on the floor. Still, there are some good employees here (that don't seem to last longer than 4-6 months apart from the supervisor and manager) and the price is right, and well the inertia of habit keeps bringing me back. Also they haven't found a way to mess up the chocolate chip muffins yet. ;)

I don't really see what the fuss is about. I came here everyday during Otakuthon and ordering there wasn't bad at all. It also looks like it has since finished renovating. Service was quite good as well, and you don't need to know French to order from this place.

Worst tim hortons ever.the place is dirty and no customers at all.the dont even show the menu on the screen.so pathetic!!!

Products are fresh here because i took the regular coffee and its taste was good.

Forever my go-to. Large black coffee and a sausage biscuit for breakfast. Can't go wrong.

Rude employee. Placed in order around 5:30pm and Said right in front of me "Bah, c'mon! just a few dollars, why use the Tim Card for that?" When I can still use it perfectly fine.

Food is good, but some of the workers don't understand english too well so ordering is extremely difficult.

The double double is always my favorite. Usually I don’t like sugar in my coffee, but double double is just different. The staff is very nice and friendly. They made my order right, and it tasted great!

Usual Tim's fare. Always a queue but the team operates efficiently.

For the condition they are in (being an almost miniscule shop, near a metro station in China Town, located in one of the busiest buildings in downtown) they work most efficiently, the waiting time almost half what anyone could hope for. And they sure know how to make a tasty begnet au pomme. However, these conditions do stress and exhaust the staff quite a bit. And since they're mostly teens trying to go by, it's natural that some may have experiences with attitude. Their food might run out near the end of the day. All and all, they try their best despite the shittyness of their environment.

I always go to this place. It is not the typical warm Tim hortons that we know. The customer service is just awful. No smile some time even no welcome.... the food is dry sometimes.
