I love this place. highly recommend to visit

I went there yesterday night and boy named AMANDEP S. serve me my beverage and food which is freshly made according to my conditions. He is working very quickly he serve my food frequently while wishing me good night in very respectful manner although its pretty busy that time . I hope i will see him next time on my visit

Polite, respectful, or considerate??? Being courteous is a thing of the past for this location.

I'm giving ZERO star, ordered item by item with repeat per item, still get everything wrong. Repeated apple juice 3 times , got Orange juice. dark 2 cream 1 sugar became a decaf. Every time not once

Worst experience ever. Tall black lady who works here in mornings is so damn rude and unprofessional. She don’t have any customer service skills. This place is near my work but I don’t go there anymore because I don’t want to spoil my day. I feel bad because a brand name like tims is spoiled because of people like this

Coffee at this location tastes like dirty water. I think they are reusing the coffee grinds 2 times........

I have gone to this store for years.I order the same thing and they mess it up every time. Sorry to say that when your order a large coffee with 2 milk and 2 sugar how do they mess it up. Not going to this store any more. 😢Told all the people that I work with not to go. Pretty sad.I guess I will have to go across the street to Starbucks.

Very Extermely very slow service for a small tim hortons. I got 1 chicken wrap and I waited prob 15 min and no one was standing in the lobby with me. I'd rather go to the timmies around the corner because it is 100% faster.

The majority of customer service here sucks. I am not kidding, they look like they hate their job and do not even acknowledge you. Not a hello, goodbye or a response for that matter. Coffee is usually never fresh here.

Bad service and bad attitude gave me a cheese croissant and I asked for cheese biscuit and charged for cheese croissant which is more expensive and then I told her she had to refund me. Giving me attitude saying it was the same price I was telling her the biscuit was cheaper. She still thought I was wrong.

Average location with quick turn around at the drive thru window.

staff needs to learn how to manage both cashier service nd drive thru ..they just caring about drive thru .. very bad service

It's a small store with less choices. The walk-in store front is very small. Although the entrance door has a note which ask customers to keep social distancing and only allow one people at a time, most customers do not follow and the shop staffs also do not care. Staffs were wearing masks But only their chins are covered which is useless for wearing masks.
