You're getting 2 stars because the place isn't filthy, but your service is dreadful. I hate this location. I come here on break from the offices across the street. Leave to this location to screw something up every time I order from here. Only for me to notice when I get back to my desk.If you have the option of another location, go there.

Can Tim hortons even function at all anymore? They’re always out of everything. If they aren’t they don’t cut your sandwich, they change the menu every week it seems, they have like 50 options, they’re slow, incompetent and rude. I’m sure there’s some fine franchises but this one sucks to the max. Finely got what I wanted but after asking about 2 discontinued items

Lovely place good atmosphere excellent coffee

Homeless and vagrants sleep here overnight. Usually understaffed, especially at sandwhich counter. Majority of staff seem to speak English as second language. Okay customer service but I wouldn’t suggest deviating from the basics and what can’t easily be inputted into the register/computer

Had a nice chicken soup but it wasn't as good as Pastucci's premium chicken broth and you pick whichever pasta you want to add and any other food product in the menu, fresh Gourmet soup and they do Catering.

Fast service, friendly employees and good products as expected. Everything was fine except for that guy who was fast asleep in the lounge chair with his feet on the table. He was probably there for hours since it was snowing and his running shoes were dry.

It's Tim's, what else is there to say? The latte was hot, and the ice capp was perfect. We pass this location while we are walking the dog and always stop for a coffee on our way by.

Got everything as ordered! Tried the new kiosks, but I don't think it's any faster than waiting in line and ordering in person.

This Tim Hortons is open for 24 hours. It is a great place to go for a drink at midnight as not that many places are open. However, the store is not clean and there are so many garbages everywhere. Employees are nice and washroom isnt dirty. It would be perfect if they clean the sitting areas as well.

Harman was very good and she has excellent hospitality and good customer handling skills. I appreciate this Tim Horton’s manager for hiring such efficient staff. :)

Good stuff, need more staff, being beside a school the lines are backed up outside of the building during lunchtime and there breaks can be really annoying if your on a tight schedule would not recommend ina pinch but if you have time on your hands it's definitely worth going.
