Walk-in service is incredibly understaffed. The wait time in line is ridiculous based on numerous visits.

The head what I ordered in the line was short.

Mostly all great workers. Fast and friendly unless that one lady is working mornings. Then it will be very slow and possibly rude. Most mornings there is another till open so it's not terrible unless they are short staffed

I love their drive through, quick and I'm back on 401. There Ice Capps are awesome and their cheese bagels are great.

I’m not sure if it was a new worker or just an idiot but I had to repeat my order nine times. And I was getting frustrated because I simply asked for a grilled cheese cut in four, a small coffee with 1 milk and three pumps of raspberry and a 10 pack of ONLY old fashion timbits and he was confused. But he was nice at the window so I’ll give him that

Tim's is Tim's. Coffee is okay, still trying too hard to be Starbucks. Doughnuts are the same as any other Tim's location - frozen then nuked back to life. The staff is friendly and usually gets my order right. Wifi is free as is parking. *start rant*To those Grumble Bunnies who were complaining about how "its such a shame that they [Tim's employees] make $14 an hour just to serve coffee", how about you try working there? It sucks dealing with high-handed condescendingly rude people who have nothing better to do than grump at you for trying to make a living. No one is taking money out of your pocket, so stuff it unless you're going to offer a legitimately better job to those working. *end rant*
