I regularly buy coffee and potato wedges for my son from this Tim Horton's but it did not have any wedges or any form of mocha coffee, which is my favourite, on a Friday afternoon, which prompted me to give some feedback through their customer service portal and I was very happy with the prompt feedback I received from both the corporate office as well as the manager at the branch, Shawn, he acknowledged that this kind of a situation should not have happened and offered to make it up to me by offering free wedges on my next visit and sure enough, I did get the free wedges and my son enjoyed them very much. They have pretty good and quick service at the branch at the drive through, that is what we use all the time.
