Use to go to this one all the time til they told me I had no rewards for a whole month so I downloaded the app and it told me I had 5 rewards reached and needed to redeem in order to keep earning ... So I show them the app they tell me I need to buy 2 more visits ... So I left. Went to the Tim Hortons by my house and what do you know they redeem a reward when I asked ... And what do u know now the app says I have 4 rewards remaining they disappointed me and I knew the one by my house wouldn't I do not like how they treated me at the 52nd location

Waited 10 minutes at the front counter for service, there was no one ahead of me but everyone was focused on drive thru. When they did finally get to me there was no acknowledgment of my wait or an apology.

I had to edit my review. This location has been pretty good lately.The only issue is with the layout of the parking lot. There is one entrance and one exit(both off of 72nd ave). For a regular it's fine, everyone knows where to go. For the unknowing though, the idiots will drive into the second drive through line, but they will block the exit of the parking lot. Like they will literally be facing the wrong way on the road. I saw it happen 3 times within a week. Something should be done. My suggestion is to make a one way exit onto 52st Southbound. At least some of the vehicles could exit a little easier. Or paint a clear entrance/exit marking on the one ramp.Service and coffee have been great though!

Conveniently located Tim's with a small parking area for large trucks. Very friendly staff, clean and maintained location. Only suggestion would be on some days staff seem to focus more on the drive thru vs. customers inside.
