It was an average stop totims! Coffee and a donut! Both were freshand awesome, would recommend again!

As someone with a restaurant and culinary management diploma, I have noticed high turnover and a serious lack of training. This is a direct result of poor management. Portions and products are inconsistent and they often have many menu items that are not available later in the day. This is also a management issue. Restaurants should always have a par-stock, which basically is when a menu item gets to a certain level, then the item is regenerated so they don't run out. The franchise owner is directly responsible for this. How often does one go to other food franchises and are told "sorry we're out of that"? NEVER! McDonald's always has all menu items, same with KFC, Burger King and the rest. Patrons get upset and it isn't fair to the staff who are stressed due to poor management. The franchise owner is 100% responsible and that shows little respect for staff and patrons. Wake the heck up Mr. Macdougall, you're an asshole who doesn't deserve to own the franchises.

Yeah the Florenceville staff seems to be fairly new. Give them time to work things out.
