If i could put a quarter of a star there i would. Very rude staff that has no MANORS at all its grab your monry then your no one soon as you pay its push them in and push them out.I never ever leave these surveys but they definitely earned there's and not in a good way i am definitely NOT returning to there store no one deserves that kind of service. BAD EXPERIENCE !

We visited this place today Saturday at 10:30 PM. Two employees looks like Punjabi girls, worst service. They made the double double coffee for us, which was bad and I had throw it off.

Worker's seemed confused and chaotic and rude when asked a question. In fact, they couldn't answer any of my simple questions about the menu items. I ended up leaving without an answer, because they never came back. Find another location for better service.

I got an ice cap that tasted like water. She told me there was nothing she could do, that its pre mixed. I asked for anything to make it better tasting and they said they couldn't put in anything. I had to leave with the same super fresh, water tasting ice cap. Very disappointed.

I have been coming to the same Tim Horton's for three years since its the closest. First, they do rush through every order from the beginning; Hence the reason they never tell you the price and can almost never repeat the order back without it being wrong. Second, they mess up almost 1 out of 2 times going there. Either they misheard you or wrong food. Third, the most annoying part is "NEXT ORDER PLEASE" even when your the last CAR! IF COMING HERE CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE LEAVING.

Tried this location, ordered what we need and served us fast. First time I’m seeing clean washroom among all Tim in Scarborough area.

Dont go to this place after 9 30. The staff doesnt even take order.Morning is very busy time. (Better order through tim hortons mobile app)Most of the evening, they serve old coffee and old Hashbrown as we can feel the difference in taste and hardness

They are all about rushing you out of there, sandwiches not prepared properly, their rewards scanner seems to be out of service every other day. Last time i got a cup with a small hole in the bottom and my coffee was dripping slowly. The one that tops it all is them saying NEXT ORDER PLEASE as soon as they give you yours and rushing you out of there. I wasn't planning on camping out in your drive through but let me at least put my cup in the cup holder and my change in my wallet.
