Slow service, terrible selection of doughnuts, The most popular doughnut in the world, cake doughnut with chocolate icing and they never have any! Very strange business model.

Literally messed up EVERYTHING on our order and my sandwich was burnt badly. Worst experience ever and I was a regular customer but definitely never again lol, that’s embarrassing on the employees’ parts.

If I didn't have to give a star, I wouldn't!! After being contacted by a Manager to rectify my problem, he made it worse!! I will now spend my free time turning every one I know and come in to contact with against Timmy Ho's all together!!!

I went there this morning for a 12 grain bagel Sausage egg and cheese. The was cold the cheese was cold bagel was probably yesterday’s I go every morning and get the same thing my coffee was also cold today was my last time it hasn’t been the first time now I drew the line I have Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts next to me it’s time for a BIG change you can’t find anyone to work in these places anymore time for For management to change

Great customer service and good prices

Rude manger. We placed our order then asked for it to be repeated. After scoffing is not the mic the order was repeated back to us. Then when we got to the window we checked our bag and the hash browns weren’t in there. We were then told you didn’t order them. I asked for a copy of my receipt she then walked away ignoring us. We had to hold up the drive through just to get a receipt. All I wanted was to make sure that we got what was paid for.

The line was wrapped around the building when I pulled up. From the time I pulled up until the time my order was in my hands I only waited 7 minutes- to me that’s amazing. My order was correct and food was fresh, also!

I wasn’t a big hortons fan for a long time but I recently tried the coffee and it was fantastic. Not a big fan of the way they prepare a bagel though. A toasted bagel is never really toasted here. It’s just a kind of warm bagel. Even ordering it well done is an even warmer bagel. It’s not just this one it’s all Tim Hortons. I almost feel like I’m begging to get my bagel right. ☹️

Literally the slowest and worst serviced Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Firstly there were three cars in the drive thru and we sat there for 10 minutes until someone answered through the speaker box. I ordered a coffee, and an espresso on the side. When I got to the window they had put the espresso in the coffee instead of on the side... (no big deal really, just fix it please) instead of correcting their mistake the girl at the window argued with me, insinuating I had not ordered what I said I ordered. It wasn’t until an employee approached who recognized me that I finally got another coffee with the espresso on the side. I would never recommend coming to this Tim Hortons, there is another one located a mile away that I have began going to. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer.

Service is unbelievably slow.

I was very disappointed with the service I have been going here for awhile now and I came here yesterday and I asked for a large Oreo ice cap and they gave me a regular with no Oreo or whip cream and changed me for a large Oreo I came back today and asked for a bagel with cream cheese and it was a burnt bagel with cream cheese spewing out the sides. I was also not impressed with the way the employees act towards the customer they are very rude and sassy towards them.

Nice place, food is really good, only thing is you can not use two coupons together 😒

Worst Tim Hortons in the area!! Sadly I love the donuts, bagels and ice capp’s and keep giving these losers my money. But my order today was charred black sandwich’s and completely burned bagels. They use the wrong equipment and will smash and burn my items with a press instead of a using a toaster oven. On multiple occasions my coffee has leftover grounds covering the entire bottom which I took a big drink of before realizing...YUCK!

The bagels and donuts are good but the staff is always sassy and in bad moods. The food area looks gross unclean. The dining area is spacious though so that's why I'm giving it 2 stars.
