Tim Hortons

Three visits in one week, latest being this morning,terrible coffee,tastes stale and pungent leaves sour taste.Tim Horton may require to audit this outlet.DO NOT RECOMMEND as of now.

This is the most convenient Tim Hortons on my way to work.

Wrong order coffee was stale or tested stale..

This Tim Hortons is the worst Tim Hortons that I’v ever been to the employees said I was racist even though I did nothing in the form of racism. They also tried to lie to my so I couldn’t use my $1 iced coffee coupon by saying it only works at Tim Hortons that have the full menu and they also say thing like it was expired when I got it only for days ago they also don’t fill my drink up to the minimum and I’v also used it there so many time before obviously a different coupon though the maneger is also very bac attitude same with all the workers.

Waited 5 min and said hello ? A bunch of time and no empolyees came out to take my order. Went across the street to mcdonalds

Coffee and french vanilla always warm not hot

Workers too lazy they add water to the tea and sell it to you just like that smh

I ordered extra large double double with the extra shot of espresso. First they can’t figure out the espresso machine. When they did after2 minutes they added the coffee and he spilled half of it trying to put it on the counter. Then he thought he would get away with just filling it back up with coffee. Lost half my espresso! I asked him to remake it and he told me he couldn’t. 5 people were in line behind me and couldn’t believe his answer. He eventually made me a new coffee. Almost 10 min to get a coffee.

Stuff is not well trained. Everything is so very slow.

They are getting better! It is always very busy here around 8-9am because many of the high school students stop in on their way to school as well. Since there is not drive thru at this location, that can mean a longer wait (6+ people in line) and also only usually 2 or 3 people working behind the counter. I know this is a newer tims location, so they are still working out issues. The tims card also has some issues. I paid for my coffee, and then went to scan my rewards card, and my reward was removed. I’m sure they are working on these glitches, but in the meantime it is a little frustrating.

Very rude stuff....with slow services I explian in the head office more the 2 weeks no response yet

I'm very disappointed that thay use a great name like Tim Horton's is used to serve sawdust coffee and wait in line for 5 m.and terrified to use the toilet that it is.Do us a favor and move back to Brazil.

The manger is very rude. My bad that i had taken my friends there. Will never visit again. Poor management.

They got a rude manager ...wrong. Order served several times, wastage of time and money!!!
